이은희 인하대 소비자학과 교수는 “구글 같은 글로벌 오프라인 사업자도 수입에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 발생했을 때 적당한 대처를 하지 않는 경우가 많다”면서 “구글 소액결제 사례가 불어나고 있을 것이다면 구글이 가장 우선해서 할 일은 이런 일이 또 생성하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 이야기 했다.
